These terms apply to your use of the MethodVault website and its content. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may browse this site for your own information. You may not copy, republish or redistribute the site's content, branding or images without our permission, except where clearly permitted (for example, following the product licence for a toolkit you have purchased).
All MethodVault toolkits are sold and delivered through Gumroad. When you buy, your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms of service and the product licence included with the toolkit. Prices are shown in GBP; any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and displayed by Gumroad at checkout.
The MethodVault name, branding, website and toolkits are our intellectual property. Purchasing a toolkit grants you a licence to use it under the terms set out in the Licence — it does not transfer ownership.
Our toolkits are professional templates and methods provided "as is" to help you do your own work. They are not a substitute for professional judgement, and we do not warrant any particular outcome. All worked examples are realistic but fictionalised and are for illustration only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MethodVault is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the toolkits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
