This policy explains what personal data MethodVault ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights. MethodVault is a UK-based digital-products business. If you have any questions, please use our contact form.

What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum:

• Contact form. When you message us we collect your name, email address, chosen topic and message. This is processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to us by email.
• Purchases. Toolkits are sold and delivered through Gumroad. When you buy, your payment and order details are collected and processed by Gumroad, not by us. We only see the order information Gumroad shares with sellers (such as your name, email and what you bought). Please see Gumroad's own privacy policy for details.
• Basic analytics. Our host may record standard, aggregated technical information (such as page requests) to keep the site running securely. We do not use this to identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and provide support.
• To deliver the products you purchase and handle related requests such as refunds.
• To keep the website secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked us to.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you, and purchase-related data to perform our contract with you. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to help you, and purchase records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us via the contact form and we will respond as required by law.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site and sell our products, including Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Gumroad (payments and delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
