Every MethodVault toolkit is supplied under a single-user commercial licence. This page is a plain-English summary; the full, binding terms are in the LICENCE.txt file included with each toolkit.

What you can do

• Edit everything. All Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are fully unlocked and editable.
• White-label it. Add your own logo and branding and run the toolkit as your own method.
• Use it internally and with clients. Use the toolkit and the outputs you produce with it in your own organisation and in paid client engagements.
• Reuse it. Use it on as many projects and assessments as you like — there is no per-project fee.

What "white-label" and "client use" mean

You can produce completed deliverables (reports, assessments, decks) for your clients under your own brand and hand those finished outputs to them as part of your engagement. What you cannot do is give clients or third parties the reusable blank templates themselves so they can run the method independently — that is the product we sell.

What's restricted

• Sharing, redistributing, reselling or publishing the toolkit files or the reusable source templates.
• Repackaging the toolkit (in whole or in part) as a competing template or product.
• Passing your single-user licence to another person; each user needs their own licence.

Team and multi-user licensing

The standard licence covers one user. If several colleagues will each edit and use the files, or you'd like an organisation-wide licence, we're happy to arrange multi-user terms — just get in touch.

Worked examples

The completed worked examples included in each toolkit (such as Helios Components Ltd) are realistic but fully fictionalised, and are provided purely to illustrate what a finished output looks like.
